UI/UX Designer

For our client, we are seeking a UI/UX Designer to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Business Services environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $98,000 – $163,000 annually Responsibilities Design user-centered experiences for Grants.gov applications and digital services Create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications for usability and accessibility Improve web forms to enhance usability and reduce data entry redundancy Conduct usability and accessibility reviews to refine digital products Collaborate with developers to ensure designs meet compliance and quality standards Support maintenance for user experience issues and documentation Enhance chatbot interactions based on user feedback and experience Qualifications Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of experience in lieu 5+ years in UI/UX, interaction, or service design for web applications Proven experience in designing web forms and data entry workflows Strong knowledge of Section 508 compliance and accessibility standards Experience translating user needs and business requirements into actionable designs Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and technical teams Proficient in design tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud Benefits Medical, Rx, Dental & Vision Insurance Personal and Family Sick Time & Company Paid Holidays Parental Leave 401(k) Retirement Plan Tuition Reimbursement and Learning Opportunities Corporate Sponsored Events & Community Outreach Employee Assistance Program Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
