• Reaching weekly/monthly goals together with your team.
• Constantly thinking of "how can this process be done better?" or "am I being the coolest I can be?"
• Taking the initiative to identify and solve significant problems.

Qualifications

• You have customer success/support/service or project management experience.
• You are fluent in English.
• You are hungry to learn.
