UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

• User Research and Analysis
• Analyze data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in the user experience
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visually communicate design concepts
• Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback and usability testing
• Develop high-quality, visually appealing UI designs that align with the overall product vision and brand guidelines
• Collaborate with graphic designers to implement visual design elements
• Conduct usability testing to gather valuable insights and feedback for continuous improvement
• Make data-driven decisions to optimize and enhance the user experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders
• Communicate design ideas and rationale effectively to both technical and non-technical team members
• Stay Updated

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., HCI, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and highlighting problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and deadlines
