Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for websites
- Develop and maintain design specifications and style guides
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
- Work with product managers and stakeholders to define user requirements and project goals
- Audit existing web properties for quality assurance and compliance with best practices
Requirements
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar
- Experience with web development utilizing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (Optional)
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, accessibility standards/best practices, and familiarity with responsive design with a mobile-first approach
