UI/UX Design Lead – Wearable Safety Technology Platform

About the role

The UI/UX Design Lead at LoopRoots Foundation will be responsible for leading the design of our Wearable Safety Technology Platform. This role will work closely with the Director of Product, Technical Lead, Full Stack Software Developer, Mobile Developer, and AI & Machine Learning Engineer to create intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the user experience and interface design for the platform.
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain a consistent design system and component library.
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Improve accessibility and user experience across all products.
• Maintain visual consistency across the platform and branding.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and testing.

Qualifications

• Experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile application design.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for designing technology that creates meaningful social impact.
