UI Health - Staff Nurse I - 7E Stepdown (60% Part Time, Evenings)
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include sections only when posting has real specific content.
We have:
- About the University of Illinois Hospital & Health Sciences System (UI Health) – that's about the organization. Could map to "About the role"? Not exactly. But we could treat as "About the organization" but not in list. The instruction says use those headings as examples; we can use other headings? It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect those headings if content exists. We have content for: About the organization (maybe "About the role"? Not exactly). We have Position Summary (could be "About the role"). We have Duties & Responsibilities (Responsibilities). We have Minimum Qualifications (Requirements/Qualifications). We have Benefits (benefits). We have Pay Range (Pay). We have Work Schedule (Schedule). Also we have location, FTE, shift etc. Those could be folded into a short
metadata. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID/requisition as heading. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, application instructions, etc. Also remove "Important Application Instructions", "The University of Illinois System is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Also remove "Learn more: https://..." maybe keep as part of about? It's a link; we can keep as part of paragraph. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus produce something like:

Benefits
- Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, a Retirement Plan, Paid time Off, and Tuition waivers for employees and dependents.
Pay
Pay Range: $37.52 - 84.22 / Annual Salary. Pay is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience, while also considering internal equity.
Schedule
FTE: .6 (24 hours per week); Work Schedule: 3-8hrs w/rotating wknd; Shift: Evenings.
Also include location and maybe department in a short paragraph before sections? Could be awith metadata: Hiring Department: 7E Stepdown Location: Chicago, IL USA. We must not include headings for metadata. We must not include placeholder text like "commensurate with experience" is okay because it's actual text from posting. It's not placeholder like "not specified". It's fine. We must ensure we don't include duplicated lines. We need to extract duties list exactly as given. Let's copy duties: Develops, implements, and updates the patient’s plan of care based on on-going assessment of the patient and input from the patient’s family. Shares information and collaborates with other members of the health care team to promote effective patient care. Verifies and implements orders from physician, physician assistant and/or advance practice nurse by performing interventions as prescribed by the provider and documenting accurately in the electronic medical record. Engages and obtains information from patient and/or family to develop an appropriate patient educational plan. Recognizes symptoms, establishes priorities, and responds to patient’s changing needs. Engages support personnel by delegating appropriate tasks per the Illinois State Nurse Practice Act and provides support and feedback. Advocates for patients, families, and their significant others, the community, and the nursing profession. Integrates theoretical knowledge, evidence-based research, current standards of practice and clinical experience to provide “quality” patient care as measured by established nursing quality standards and other governing/accrediting health care bodies. Assumes role of Charge Nurse when assigned, utilizing appropriate resources and tools. Serves as preceptor and/or resource to other nursing, support staff and students. Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned. We need to put each as
- Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, a Retirement Plan, Paid time Off, and Tuition waivers for employees and dependents.
before sections: "Hiring Department: 7E Stepdown; Location: Chicago, IL USA." Now About the role: we have Position Summary paragraph(s). Let's combine them into a concise paragraph but preserve all info. The Position Summary includes multiple sentences. We'll keep as is. Thus final HTML:
Hiring Department: 7E Stepdown; Location: Chicago, IL USA.
