UI / Front-end Developer

About the role

This position is for a UI / Front-end Developer based in Pasig, Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications using Angular and React.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices and coding standards.
• Integrate front-end components with server-side APIs, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability across devices and platforms.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to enhance application performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in frontend development.
• Contribute to team discussions and share knowledge with peers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in frontend development.
• Proficiency in Angular and React, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, NgRx) and routing in single-page applications.
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS, LESS) and utility-first CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS).
• Knowledge of modern styling frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Material UI).
• Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs and understanding of API integration.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Experience with TypeScript, Webpack or similar module bundlers.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
