Responsibilities
- Draw screens, build components, extend and maintain the design system
- Work closely with engineering teams to produce high-fidelity mockups and prototypes
- Iterate on designs rapidly to meet project timelines
- Ensure designs are coherent and scalable for future content and features
- Bring impeccable design and artistic vision to all projects
Qualifications
- Show a portfolio of interface work with real visual craft, particularly for dense, complicated screens
- Have 2+ years of product UI design experience
- Comfortable working in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with motion, 3D, or basic coding is a plus
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Willingness to assist in multiple roles within the company
Pay
Base Salary: $115,000 - $165,000
Equity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental Leave
Additional Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible for the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
- Work location—Long Beach, CA, Denver, CO, or Washington DC, or remote for the right candidate
- Physical demands—flexible, as the role involves primarily desk-based work
