Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver structured Mat Pilates classes
- Educate participants on proper form and alignment
- Welcome new participants and build a positive class environment
- Ensure operational standards are met
- Promote gym programs and special events
What You Bring
- Expertise in exercise science, anatomy, and kinesiology
- High physical stamina and motivational personality
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Previous group fitness instruction, especially Mat Pilates
- Current Group Fitness certification (NASM, ACE, or ISSA preferred)
- Specialty Mat Pilates certification
- CPR/AED certification
