What You Bring

• Expertise in exercise science, anatomy, and kinesiology
• High physical stamina and motivational personality
• Clear, effective cueing and interpersonal skills

Experience

• Previous group fitness instruction (specifically Mat Pilates) preferred
• Current Group Fitness certification (NASM, ACE, or ISSA preferred)
• Specialty Mat Pilates certification
• CPR/AED certification
