Requirements
- Licensed to practice medicine in accordance with Chapter 458, Florida Statutes plus four years of appropriate experience.
- Completion of a residency program may substitute for the required experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Board certified in Anesthesiology.
- Fellowship or Advanced Perioperative Transesophageal Echocardiography (Advanced PTE) Certification.
- Licensure in the state of Florida and Federal DEA Certification.
