Physician - Regional Anesthesiologist

About the role

We are seeking BC/BE, Fellowship-trained Regional Anesthesiologists to join our expanding team of Regional Anesthesiology faculty at Ochsner Health in New Orleans. The successful candidate will need substantial experience or fellowship training in Regional Anesthesia and Acute Pain Management.

Responsibilities

• Involvement with our Acute Pain Service & fellowship training program
• Participation in our highly successful Perioperative Surgical Home
• Rotation at our orthopedic specialty hospital and tertiary-care referral hospitals
• Supervision of residents and fellows
• Performance of regional block procedures

Requirements

• BC/BE certification in Anesthesiology
• Fellowship trained in Regional Anesthesia and Acute Pain Management

Qualifications

• Substantial experience or fellowship training in Regional Anesthesia and Acute Pain Management
• Experience with anesthesia techniques and perioperative care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
