Responsibilities
- UDR process ownership — End-to-end management of the UDR lifecycle from receipt through disposition, including daily rack audits, tracking file maintenance, aged case review, and escalation with documented recommendations.
- Cross-functional coordination — Primary internal contact for Supply Chain, Supplier Management, and DC Operations; owns proactive outreach cadences and partner follow-up to prevent cases from aging beyond 30 days.
- Cycle count execution — Daily scheduled and walk-off counts targeting 98% accuracy, self-managed around UDR standard work priorities.
- Must have PIT experience (VHP, Reach Truck, Picker).
- Responsible for the full-cycle UDR process.
- Computer experience required, specifically Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Communicate issues and actions taken or needed with Warehouse Supervisor daily.
- Respond timely to requests for data or correspondence from files within an appropriate time frame.
- Research inventory issues conveyed through company hotline and compile error information spreadsheets.
- Communicate effectively with internal customers regarding orders processed.
- Interact with all levels of workforce, including management.
- Perform other duties and special projects as requested.
- Maintain good attendance.
- Maintain safe work practices.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be able to work overtime as needed.
- Related warehouse experience is highly preferred.
- Support and contribute to the overall goals of the Operations Department.
- Takes initiative and works well independently.
- Able to meet goals under tight time constraints.
- Ability to communicate well with internal and external customers and management.
- Follow safe working practices, as instructed.
