UAT Analyst III [AQ-11091]

About the Role

As a key member of the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) team, you will be instrumental in safeguarding the integrity and performance of innovative mobile systems. This role is not just about finding bugs; it’s about proactively shaping the user journey, ensuring every new feature and campaign delivers an exceptional experience. You will dive deep into complex software projects, designing robust test strategies and executing comprehensive end-to-end testing across multiple applications. Your contributions will directly enhance the quality of mobile experiences, ensuring that marketing efforts reach users flawlessly and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Independently execute and meticulously track testing and validation efforts for critical mobile systems.
• Develop comprehensive test strategies, detailed test plans, and precise test cases and scripts to ensure extensive coverage of existing functionalities and new features.
• Perform rigorous testing of on-device experiences across a diverse range of mobile applications.
• Write automated tests for target applications on specific mobile operating systems, utilizing languages such as Python and Swift.
• Manage multiple initiatives, prioritizing feature and campaign testing, documentation, and the timely delivery of end-to-end testing results.
• Provide clear and concise documentation, including testing scope overviews, test plans, test results, and associated tickets for resolution and prioritization.
• Communicate status and progress effectively and on time, delivering Test Status reports, Test Metrics, Progress Reports, Coverage Reports, Defects Reports, and all related documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance testing, with at least 3 years focused on mobile testing.
• 3+ years of experience designing test strategies and independently managing test cycles for complex software projects.
• Proven experience with end-to-end testing across multiple applications, including developing test plans, test scripts, and coverage matrices for thorough system testing.
• Experience validating native mobile applications or on-device communications/messaging for large-scale marketing initiatives.
• Experience working on test automation for applications on specific mobile operating systems using Python, Swift, or other relevant languages.
• Strong experience with requirements analysis and advanced test design techniques to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Excellent communication skills, a results-oriented mindset, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
