Member Duties
- Provide support for staff with family resource center activities.
- Aid in the implementation of the Brain Builders for Life Program.
- Register families for various programs and services.
- Assist in developing and conducting educational opportunities such as early literacy through story times and STEAM concepts through play.
- Offer resource and referral services.
- Perform some housekeeping duties.
- Recruit families and market the FRC to families.
- Engage in outreach to partners and collaborations.
- Assist with large community events, including leadership, marketing, and social media.
- Conduct program evaluation.
Requirements
- Ability to physically interact with children such as getting down to their level, picking up and carrying.
- Capacity to lift and carry 25 pounds.
- Serve one evening per week until 7 PM and one Saturday per month.
