Responsibilities
- Collecting Urine Drug Screens
- Coordinate patient appointments
- Take and record vital signs
- Gather essential patient information
- Answer phone calls and assist patients
- Admit and register patients into the clinic system
- Accurately input patient data into the clinic’s EHR system
- Assist with facility maintenance
- Relay information between patients and medical providers
- Develop a high-level understanding of: Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), Harm Reduction and Low Barrier/High Access Treatment, Patient confidentiality (HIPAA), Safety practices (OSHA), Crisis Intervention and De-escalation
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in a medical clinic or addiction treatment setting preferred
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with office software and EHR systems
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Dependable and punctual

Pay
- Part-time position
Schedule
- Flexible hours, including 3-6 hour shifts (4-7pm Monday thru Friday and 1:30 - 7pm on Saturday or Sunday)
- Required to be open one weekend day from 12-5pm
- Provide coverage for staff members on PTO (day shift hours 8:30am - 4:00pm)
