About the role

Assist customers with all financial servicing needs through both inbound and outbound contact. Listen to their specific situations and help determine how customers can best utilize company products and services. Work both cooperatively and independently in a goal-oriented environment to meet personal and team targets, balancing demands of multiple tasks and activities throughout the day. Negotiate with customers to resolve account matters, following all applicable laws, policies, and procedures including compliance with FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) and state regulations. Maintain and note all appropriate information and documentation on customer and account status. Collaborate both in person and virtually, using available technology to connect with other internal teams.

  • Maintain and document customer and account status information
  • Collaborate with internal teams using available technology

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in utilizing multiple tools/systems simultaneously
  • Skilled at achieving and exceeding goals

Preferred:

  • Experience working in customer service, collections, or call center environments
  • Bilingual: Spanish

Schedule

40 hours per week within the hours of operation: Mon–Thurs 7:00 AM–8:00 PM, Fri 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, Sat 7:00 AM–11:00 AM. Includes at least one Saturday per month, one late Friday, and some extended hours at the end of each month.

Training schedule: First two weeks in instructor-led classroom training, followed by two weeks of hands-on training with experienced team members.
