U70 Material Handler/ Trainer SubLead (A1)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Knowledge of all warehouse operations including, receipt, shipment, RF, and housekeeping.
• Proficient in the operation of material handling equipment.
• Thorough knowledge of WSI Employee Handbook.
• Able to re-enforce company policy.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office package; Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to interface with employees in a professional manner.
• Support and provide coverage for supervisor during absence.

Required Qualifications

• Strong attendance record.
• Commitment to the well-being of fellow associates.
• Excellent knowledge of WSI policies and Safety & Health guidelines.
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
• Certified in all on-site equipment.
• Must be able to lift 55 lbs.
