U.S. Venture Open Intern

About the role

We are seeking a U.S. Venture Open Intern to support the U.S. Venture Open philanthropic golf outing during our Summer 2027 internship program. This position will work throughout Summer 2027, with potential opportunities during winter and spring breaks leading up to the event. The role is based at our Corporate Office in Appleton, WI, and may require additional work hours closer to the event.

Responsibilities

• Assist with U.S. Venture Open event preparation and execution
• Order supplies
• Work with vendors to order necessary services
• Prepare and organize event documentation and supplies for all locations

Requirements

• Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business (marketing, HR, communications, management, business, or related field)
• Junior or Senior status preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills via email, phone, and in person
• Ability to prioritize and work under multiple deadlines
• Experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, TN, E-3, F1, CPT, OPT, STEM OPT, or other employment-based nonimmigrant visas)
