U.S. Creative Director, Zoic Labs
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. We need to include sections only when posting has real, specific content. We have content: About Zoic Labs (company description) maybe "About Zoic Labs" could be considered "About the role"? Actually "About Zoic Labs" is about company, not role. But we can treat as "About the role"? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should map content to those headings where appropriate. We have: - About Zoic Labs: description of company. Could be placed under a heading "About the role"? Not exactly. But maybe we can put under "About the role" as description of role? However the role description is under "The Role". Could treat "About Zoic Labs" as introductory paragraph before sections, maybe just a
without heading. The instruction: do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. It didn't forbid having a heading for company description. But the list of headings given is examples; we can use other headings? It says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect us to use those headings only. So we should map content to those headings. We have sections: - About the role: could contain the description of the role (the "The Role" paragraph). Also maybe "About Zoic Labs" could be part of that? But we can include company description as part of "About the role" or maybe as a separate
before headings. Safer: include a
for company intro, then
About the role
with the role description. - Responsibilities: from "What You'll Do" bullet list. - Requirements / Qualifications: from "What You Bring" and maybe "Nice to Have". Could split: Requirements = mandatory; Nice to Have = optional but we could still include as part of Requirements? Better to have Requirements (mandatory) and maybe Skills? But we have Skills maybe from tools. Could combine. We have Pay: "Pay Range: 140k-160k DOE". That's specific, so we should include Pay section. Schedule: "This is a remote (work-from-home position)". That's schedule/location info. Could be Schedule section. Benefits: not mentioned explicitly. No benefits listed. So we should not create Benefits section. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, security clearance? Actually security clearance is part of requirements? It's under Additional Info: "Candidates will need to be located in the U.S and able to successfully pass and obtain a DoD clearance". Also later security clearance details. That's a requirement (must be US citizen, able to obtain clearance). So we should include that in Requirements or Qualifications. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can format them into lists. We must remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The posting includes some boilerplate at end: "Powered by JazzHR eyGNP4TDfF". That's application instructions? Should remove. Also "Due to the volume of applications..." etc. That's boilerplate; remove. Also "Zoic Studios participates in the eVerify program" maybe not boilerplate but could be considered info; but it's not a requirement? Might be considered extra info but not essential? It's substantive? It's about company participation in eVerify; maybe we can keep as aunder Additional Info? But we have no section for that. Could include as a
after sections? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep that info somewhere. Could add a
after sections without heading? Or we could include under a heading like "Additional Info". But they said use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. Not prohibited to add other headings? It says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). The e.g. suggests those are examples but not exclusive? However they say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could add an "Additional Info" section if needed. But maybe we can incorporate that info into existing sections: eVerify could be under Requirements or Qualifications? Not really a requirement for candidate. Could be under "About the role"? Not ideal.
Maybe we can add a Additional Info
with that info. The instruction didn't forbid other headings, just gave examples. So it's okay.
Similarly, "US Citizenship is Required" etc. That's a requirement.
We also have "This is a remote (work-from-home position)" -> Schedule.
We have "Pay Range: 140k-160k DOE" -> Pay.
We have "Some of the most important work happens in those first meetings..." that's part of role description.
We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading.
We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown.
Let's structure:
About Zoic Labs: Zoic Labs is an Experience Engineering company... (the paragraph).

- Familiarity with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar); experience with Unreal Engine or Unity is a strong plus
- Curiosity about user and human-centered design, and what makes an experience genuinely engaging
- A collaborative mindset, comfortable working closely with designers, developers, and producers across both government and commercial engagements
- Located in the U.S. and able to successfully pass and obtain a DoD clearance (US citizenship required; must be eligible to obtain a DoD clearance or government customer access within a reasonable time after offer and maintain applicable clearance)

Schedule
This is a remote (work-from-home position)
Additional Info
Zoic Studios participates in the eVerify program.
We must ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Powered by JazzHR..." etc. Also removed duplicated lines. Check if any content missed: The initial "About Zoic Labs" paragraph we used as abefore About the role. Did we capture all of it? Let's copy original: "About Zoic Labs Zoic Labs is an Experience Engineering company, focused on the strategic design and development of immersive, interactive and user-centric experiences. We blend principles of UX/UI design, psychology, advanced technology, and storytelling to create seamless, engaging, and functional digital and physical interactions. Our dynamic and multi-disciplinary team has deep expertise in video game, XR, and web tool design and leverages a robust product development pipeline. We work for a diverse mix of government and commercial clients." We need to preserve that exactly. We'll put in a
maybe without heading. Now "The Role" paragraph: We need to include all sentences. Let's capture: "The Role We're looking for a Creative Director to help ideate, define, and present solutions with cutting-edge look, feel, and function across our client experiences. You'll work where design, psychology, storytelling, and emerging technology meet, turning early ideas into interactive prototypes that show clients what's possible and what their users need. You'll lead the front end of our creative process: understanding client goals, generating original concepts, prototyping them quickly across game, XR, and web platforms, and presenting to build confidence and buy-in. Working with designers, developers, and project leads, you'll carry the strongest ideas forward in alignment with clients and stakeholders, so bold creative visions become experiences that are intuitive, functional, and ready for real-world use. Your work will span commercial and government clients, from engaging consumer-facing experiences to mission-focused training and operational tools. Each comes with its own users, constraints, and definition of success. This role suits someone who thrives in early-stage ambiguity, moves easily from sketch to working build, and is equally comfortable working remote, onsite with clients, or on the road with our business development team. Some of the most important work happens in those first meetings, where reading the room and sketching out what's possible on the spot is what earns the engagement." We'll put that in a
under About the role heading. Now "What You'll Do" we turned into list. Now "What You Bring" we turned into list (requirements). Also we added clearance info. Now "Nice to Have" list. Now "Additional Info": "Candidates will need to be located in the U.S and able to successfully pass and obtain a DoD clearance" we already included in requirements. Also "This is a remote (work-from-home position)" we have schedule. Also "Pay Range: 140k-160k DOE..." we have pay. Also "Zoic Studios participates in the eVerify program" we have additional info. Also "This job description contains the basic requirements for the position and is NOT intended to be a complete list of responsibilities; other duties may be assigned" that's boilerplate
