About the role

The U.S. Commercial Associate Rotational Program is designed to launch your career in shaping how Pfizer connects patients to breakthrough medicines. Over two years, you'll gain foundational knowledge across Pfizer's Commercial organization, work on real projects, and receive mentorship from brand teams and senior leaders.

Additionally, the Program Team provides career development and coaching opportunities to support your journey. By the end of the 2-year program, you'll identify, interview, and secure a permanent role within Pfizer.

How You Will Achieve It

The Rotational Program consists of four six-month rotations, exposing participants to marketing skills and experiences across related functions. Areas of rotation include In-Line Brand Marketing, Customer Engagement, Commercial Development, and others. Projects may involve:

  • Assisting with brand and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Aiding in the creation and refinement of communication materials and campaigns.
  • Supporting the planning, development, and execution of advertising, media, and commercial analytics initiatives.
  • Collaborating with the Global Access and Value team to enhance patient access to innovative medicines and vaccines.

Qualifications

  • Must have successfully completed a Pfizer Futures Internship Program in Summer 2026 with a high recommendation.
  • Must have a bachelor's degree, graduating by Spring 2027, prior to the start of the program.
  • Must be able to start in early June 2027.
  • Nice-to-have: Pfizer Commercial internship experience, strong academic performance (minimum 3.0 GPA preferred), excellent communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects, problem-solving skills, passion for learning, and a track record of teamwork, adaptability, innovation, and initiative.

Work Authorization

Must be immediately authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent or indefinitely renewable duration without Pfizer’s sponsorship.

  • Work Location Assignment: New York Headquarters in Hudson Yards, Manhattan. Selected candidates must be onsite 2.5x weekly.
  • Annual Base Salary Range: $60,200.00 to $100,400.00
  • Bonus Target: 7.5% of the base salary
