Core Schedule

Crew Duty Assignment: Approximately 375 Flight Hours/Year
Variable schedule per aircraft owner and charter assignment
Schedule flexibility required to meet client and aircraft owner travel demands
International and domestic travel assigned

Compensation

$180,000 - $210,000/year
Variable based on aircraft assignment and experience

Required Skills & Experience

• ATP Certificate required
• Current First-Class Medical Certificate
• 3,000 hours total flying time
• 1,500 hours total Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time
• 500 hours Multi-Engine PIC time
• 250 hours Turbine PIC time
• Completed initial or recurrent training in required type within preceding 12 months
• Working knowledge of FAA, ICAO, and international flight operations regulations
• Exceptional client service mindset with experience serving high-net-worth individuals
• Strong organizational skills and advanced multitasking abilities
• Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Computer proficiency with word processing, email, web-based, and mobile applications
• Passionate attention to detail with ability to work effectively in team environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for premium client interactions
• Able to anticipate client needs and deliver service that exceeds expectations
• Experience with international flight operations and customs procedures
