Responsibilities

  • Lead all day-to-day field operations from mobilization through project turnover
  • Drive project schedules, sequencing, and milestone achievement to ensure on-time delivery
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners across multiple scopes of work
  • Maintain and enforce site safety programs and company safety standards
  • Manage quality control efforts and ensure work is completed to project specifications
  • Support commissioning, turnover, and owner handoff activities
  • Build strong relationships with project teams while maintaining proactive communication and accountability

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor
  • Mission critical, data center, advanced manufacturing, industrial, or highly technical project experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to manage field operations, subcontractors, and project schedules on large-scale construction projects
  • Strong understanding of MEP coordination, sequencing, and construction logistics
  • Proficiency with Procore and scheduling software
  • OSHA 30 Certification required
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Must reside in Texas
  • Must be willing to travel extensively throughout Texas based on project assignments
  • Ability to successfully lead teams in fast-paced environments while maintaining a safety-first mindset
