Job Description

Lead all onsite construction activities and day-to-day field operations.
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and trade partners to ensure project success.
Drive schedule adherence and proactively resolve field challenges.
Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
Coordinate closely with Project Managers, clients, and design teams.
Conduct site meetings, progress reporting, and workforce planning.
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company, client, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent leading large-scale ground-up commercial or industrial construction projects.
  • Experience with warehouses, distribution centers, light industrial facilities, tilt-wall construction, manufacturing, or mission critical/data center projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction scheduling, safety programs, quality control, and subcontractor management.
  • Ability to travel nationwide and work on long-term project assignments.
  • Experience managing projects valued at $100 million or greater is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office applications.

Benefits

  • Base Salary: $130,000 - $155,000
  • Estimated Discretionary Bonus: Approximately 10%
  • Travel Incentive: Additional 10% of base salary

Pay

  • Base Salary: $130,000 - $155,000
  • Estimated Discretionary Bonus: Approximately 10%
  • Mission Critical/Data Center Incentive: Additional 10% of base salary
  • Travel Incentive: Additional 10% of base salary

  • Per Diem: Approximately $51,240 annually
