TX-Austin Comprehensive Retirement Planning Specialist

Guidance and Support

You will provide guidance, support, and education to individuals nearing retirement. This includes using proprietary systems to help clients manage their financial futures.

Training and Resources

The position comes with comprehensive training and support from American Senior Benefits and The Integrity Marketing Group. You will have access to a portfolio of over 200 options within proprietary software.

Client Interaction

• Meet with clients to understand their concerns and plans
• Explain various benefits, coverage, and investment options available
• Answer questions and educate clients on solutions, options, and potential risks
• Recommend appropriate solutions from the available options

Record Keeping and Client Relationships

• Maintain detailed records in our proprietary software for client safety
• Work closely with a team of back-office support staff
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying and addressing any necessary changes to coverages or accommodate life changes

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED
• A teachable spirit and a desire to learn
• Strong empathy and excellent listening skills
• Effective communication skills

Pay and Benefits

Compensation is highly customizable and can range from USD $40,000.00 to USD $100,000.00 per year. Discussions about compensation plans can be made directly with the agency owner.
