Hiring bonus eligible. Hourly wage range: $17.40 to $21.65/hr., depending on experience.

We are seeking a Twos Teacher to join the New Horizon Academy team in Olathe, KS. You'll work in a beautifully equipped classroom alongside a caring and dedicated team, supported by knowledgeable staff. As a brain-builder, you'll help shape the leaders of tomorrow by inspiring, encouraging, and celebrating a child's love of learning every day.

Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday between the hours of 6:30am–6:00pm.
Requirements
- Meets or exceeds state qualifications for the position as defined by the Kansas Child Care Licensing Program.
- Passes the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations.
- Has documentation of U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Possesses the physical abilities to perform required job duties with or without accommodations.
- Can communicate effectively with children, families, and staff, and understand state licensing regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Passion for working with young children.
- Interest in beginning or continuing education in early childhood education or a related field.
- Previous childcare experience preferred.
- Positive work ethic and a team-centered attitude.
- Willingness to learn and grow as an educator.
