We are seeking a Twos Teacher to join the New Horizon Academy team in Leawood, KS. All applicants must meet state requirements for teacher qualification as defined by the Kansas Child Care Licensing Program.

Requirements

• Meets or exceeds state qualifications for the listed position.
• Has a passion for working with young children.
• Has interest in beginning or continuing their education in early childhood education or a related field.
• Can satisfy the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations.
• Has documentation of U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Has the physical abilities to perform the required job duties.
• Previous childcare experience preferred.
• Be able to work a full-time schedule, Monday-Friday between the hours of 6:30am-6:00pm.
• Have a positive work ethic and a team-centered attitude.
• Be willing to learn and grow as an educator.
• Enjoy working with children.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday-Friday between the hours of 6:30am-6:00pm.
