About the Role

Join our dynamic team at Primrose School of Mt. Juliet as a Two's Teacher! In this nurturing environment, you will play a crucial role in fostering the growth and development of our youngest learners.

• Create a safe and engaging classroom environment for two-year-olds.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
• Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play.
• Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom space.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the learning experience.
• Observe and assess children's development and learning.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and licensing regulations.

What are we looking for?

• Experience working with young children, preferably in a daycare setting.
• Knowledge of early childhood education principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Background check clearance required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
