Responsibilities

• Provide tender, loving care to toddlers, creating a secure and comforting environment where they can explore and grow.
• Implement developmentally appropriate activities that engage and stimulate young minds, encouraging exploration and curiosity.
• Establish strong bonds with each child, recognizing and responding to their individual needs to foster trust and security.
• Cultivate open and positive communication with parents, sharing insights into their child’s day and collaborating on developmental goals.
• Ensure a safe and hygienic environment by following health and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience working with toddlers (required).
• A genuine love for working with young children, coupled with a warm and nurturing demeanor.
• Collaborative spirit and willingness to work closely with fellow educators.
