About the role

The Goddard School in Edmond off Covell is seeking Full Time Teachers. Our faculty includes caring and dedicated educators with a strong background in early childhood education who are encouraged to use their creativity to implement our proprietary curriculum through fun and imaginative activities.

Responsibilities

• Meet the individual needs of children and their families
• Interact with children to support learning through play and exploration
• Implement developmentally appropriate classroom management strategies to ensure success for all students
• Communicate appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff
• Comply with all Quality Assurance and state standards to ensure each child's safety and well-being
• Create a nurturing and positive learning environment to develop a life-long love of learning for all children

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Prior classroom experience (Infant, Toddler, Twos, Preschool)
• Strong written and communication skills
• Displays fluency in written and oral communication
• A strong desire to mold and shape the minds of young children
