Responsibilities

• Support the educational goals of the school
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
• Implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities
• Assist in maintaining classroom cleanliness and organization
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development

Requirements

• A genuine love for working with children
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or related fields preferred
• Organizational skills to manage classroom materials and documentation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for field trips)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (if applicable)
