Tasks

• Transport Two Rivers grain, fertilizer, chemicals, and anhydrous safely
• Keep Two Rivers equipment clean and functional
• Professional representation of Two Rivers in the community and with customers
• Follow Two Rivers equipment maintenance schedule
• Document and turn in daily truck logs and paperwork on time
• Comply with DOT, OSHA, and Two Rivers safety regulations
• Notify supervisors promptly of any issues with deliveries, pickups, customer interactions, or equipment
• Maintain equipment, clean facilities, or perform other Two Rivers work during non-hauling time

Essential Operations

• Follow scheduled hauling including grain, chemicals, fertilizer, and anhydrous
• Perform and document daily truck inspections
• Minimize downtime by properly following schedules

Goals & Success Factors

• Safely hauls loads as directed to meet Two Rivers pickup and delivery goals
• Minimizes downtime by appropriately using time
• All pickups and deliveries are done in a timely, efficient fashion following all DOT and OSHA regulations
• All paperwork is appropriately recorded and all truck log sheets are completed daily

Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to sit for long periods while hauling
• Class A CDL endorsement
