Haul/Water Truck Driver
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove union text? It's part of posting but not boilerplate; we can keep union info maybe under Benefits or Pay? It mentions base hourly rate $41.67 and union membership required. That's Pay info. Also benefits list. So we need sections: About the role (maybe from JOB SUMMARY). Responsibilities (Key Duties And Responsibilities). Qualifications (Education, Work Experience). Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities could be Skills. Additional Details: Physical Requirements, Working Conditions could be under Requirements or maybe separate but we can combine. Pay: base hourly rate $41.67. Benefits: list of benefits. Schedule: not mentioned; we should not create Schedule section if not present. Also Union info maybe under Pay or Benefits? It says "Membership with Local 3 operator engineers is required upon hire. Condition and terms of employment and benefits are in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement." That's more about union requirement; could be under Requirements or maybe a note. We'll include under Requirements as "Union membership required". But we need to avoid filler. Let's parse.
Job Summary paragraph: "The Haul Truck Driver is a critical member of the quarry production team, responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of raw materials (primarily rock and aggregate) from the extraction face to the processing plant. This role involves operating heavy off-road machinery, typically 60 to 70-ton haul trucks—within the rugged environment of a quarry. Beyond driving, the individual is responsible for the upkeep of their equipment and assisting in general quarry maintenance to ensure a steady 'rhythm' of production. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, dependable, and capable of working in an environment that requires high levels of focus and adherence to MSHA regulations."
We'll put that under About the role

Now ensure we removed boilerplate: EEO statement, etc. Also removed "At Martin Marietta, we are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. Also removed "A member of the S&P 500 Index..." maybe that's company info but could be considered boilerplate? It's substantive about company but not required? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The company description might be considered boilerplate but it's not explicitly listed. However it's not a section heading; it's just descriptive. Might be okay to keep but could be considered fluff. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The company description is substantive about the employer. Might keep but could be omitted as not required for job. However it's not a heading; it's just a paragraph. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. It doesn't say remove company overview. So we could keep it under About the role? But we already have About the role summary; adding extra company info may be okay but could be considered filler. I'd keep it minimal: maybe include a brief sentence about Martin Marietta being a leading supplier etc. But to avoid risk, I'll omit that paragraph as it's not directly about the role. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; but if we omit it, we might be losing substantive info about employer. However typical job postings often include company overview; but the instruction didn't explicitly require to keep it. It says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Company overview is not those. So we should keep it. But where to put? Could be under About the role as additional paragraph. Let's include a short paragraph after the summary: "Martin Marietta is an American-based company and a leading supplier of heavy building materials – including aggregates, cement, ready-mixed concrete and asphalt. Through a network of operations spanning 28 states, Canada and the Bahamas, dedicated Martin Marietta teams supply the foundational resources upon which our communities thrive. Martin Marietta's Magnesia Specialties business produces high-purity magnesia and dolomitic lime products used worldwide in environmental, industrial, agricultural and specialty applications." That's substantive.
