About the Role

The Twin Peaks Girl interacts with, entertains, and provides best-in-class service and hospitality to every guest. This role also involves selling food and beverages. The ideal candidate has knowledge of sports, food, and beverages, a fun and energetic personality, and can meet and maintain the Twin Peaks Presentation Guidelines.

The Costume

The Twin Peaks Girl costume is a unique aspect of the role. All Twin Peaks Girls must comply with the Twin Peaks Presentation Guidelines while working. Occasionally, Twin Peaks promotes optional costume parties. Participation is not required, and the standard costume may be worn instead. If participating, the costume party guidelines must be followed.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all Presentation Guidelines.
• Interact with and entertain guests.
• Promote events and specials to enhance good will and profitability.
• Provide best-in-class service and hospitality, including greeting guests, taking and delivering food and drink orders, suggestive selling, checking back for re-orders, pre-bussing, and settling checks properly.
• Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements

• No prior experience or training required.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, including reading and understanding the menu, writing and ringing in tickets, and operating a computerized register system.
• Ability to suggestively sell menu items and communicate effectively with guests.
• Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
• Ability to deal with standardized situations with occasional or no variables.
• Ability to mathematically compute proper change and accurately settle checks.
• Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures as outlined in Twin Peaks Girl training.
• Must successfully complete the Twin Peaks Girl training program prior to working a shift without supervision.
• Must attend and complete any other required training, such as food and/or alcohol service certifications, and maintain such certifications during employment.

• Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle or carry objects, and talk or hear.
• Frequently required to reach with hands and arms.

• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
