About the Role

The Twin Peaks Girl interacts with, entertains, and provides best-in-class service and hospitality to every guest. Additionally, Twin Peaks Girls sell food and beverages while demonstrating knowledge of sports, food, and beverages, maintaining a fun and energetic personality, and adhering to Twin Peaks Presentation Guidelines.

The Twin Peaks Girl costume is a unique aspect of the role. Compliance with Twin Peaks Presentation Guidelines is mandatory while working. Optional costume parties may be promoted, with specific guidelines provided for participation.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all Presentation Guidelines.
• Interact with and entertain guests.
• Promote events and specials to enhance good will and profitability.
• Provide best-in-class service and hospitality, including greeting guests, taking and delivering orders, suggestive selling, checking back for re-orders, pre-bussing tables, and settling checks accurately.
• Execute food and drink orders, including ringing in orders and operating a computerized register system.
• Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Ability to effectively communicate in English, including reading and understanding the menu, writing and ringing in tickets, and operating a computerized register system.
• Ability to suggestively sell menu items and entertain guests through effective communication.
• Apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
• Handle standardized situations with occasional or no variables.
• Mathematically compute proper change and accurately settle checks.
• Attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures as outlined in Twin Peaks Girl training.
• Successfully complete the Twin Peaks Girl training program prior to working a shift without supervision.
• Complete any additional required training, such as food and/or alcohol service certifications, and maintain such certifications during employment.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle or carry objects, and talk or hear.
• Frequently required to reach with hands and arms.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
