About the Role

The Twin Peaks Girl interacts with, entertains, and provides best-in-class service and hospitality to every guest. This role also involves selling food and beverages. The ideal candidate has knowledge of sports, food, and beverages, a fun and energetic personality, and can meet and maintain the Twin Peaks Presentation Guidelines.

The Costume

The Twin Peaks Girl costume is a unique aspect of the role. Compliance with the Twin Peaks Presentation Guidelines is required whenever working. Occasionally, Twin Peaks promotes optional costume parties. Participation in these parties is optional, but if chosen, the costume must comply with the provided guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all Presentation Guidelines
• Interact with and entertain guests
• Promote events and specials to enhance good will and profitability
• Provide best-in-class service and hospitality, including greeting guests, taking and delivering orders, suggestive selling, checking back for re-orders, pre-bussing, and settling checks
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Ability to effectively communicate in English
• Ability to read and understand the menu, write and ring in tickets, and operate a computerized register system
• Ability to suggestively sell menu items
• Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions
• Ability to deal with standardized situations with occasional or no variables
• Ability to mathematically compute proper change and accurately settle checks
• Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures as outlined in Twin Peaks Girl training
• Must complete the Twin Peaks Girl training program prior to working a shift without supervision
• Must attend and complete any required training for food and/or alcohol service certifications, and maintain such certifications during employment
