About the role

The Twin Peaks Girl interacts with, entertains, and provides best-in-class service and hospitality to every guest. This role involves selling food and beverages while embodying a fun, energetic personality with knowledge of sports, food, and beverages. Adherence to Twin Peaks Image & Costume Guidelines is required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all uniform guidelines
• Interact with and entertain guests
• Promote events and specials to enhance guest experience and profitability
• Provide best-in-class service and hospitality, including greeting guests, taking orders, suggestive selling, delivering food and drinks, checking back for re-orders, pre-bussing, and settling checks
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management

The Uniform

The Twin Peaks Girl is a unique aspect of the Twin Peaks concept. Compliance with Twin Peaks uniform guidelines is mandatory while working.

Requirements

• No prior experience or training required
• Ability to effectively communicate in English
• Must be able to read and understand the menu, write and ring in tickets, and operate a computerized register system
• Must be able to suggestively sell menu items and communicate effectively with guests
• Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions
• Ability to deal with standardized situations with occasional or no variables
• Ability to compute proper change and accurately settle checks
• Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures as outlined in the Twin Peaks Girl training
• Must successfully complete the Twin Peaks Girl training program prior to working a shift without supervision
• Must complete any additional required training, such as food and/or alcohol service certifications, in compliance with local and state regulations

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle or carry objects, and talk or hear
• Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus

Work Environment

• Regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles from the kitchen
• Occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions (e.g., dish area or walk-in cooler)
• May be exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals when cleaning
• Noise level is usually loud
• Some locations have smoking sections, which may expose employees to cigarette or cigar smoke
