About the Role

The Twin Peaks Girl interacts with, entertains, and provides best-in-class service and hospitality to every guest. This role includes selling food and beverages while demonstrating knowledge of sports, food, and beverages, maintaining a fun and energetic personality, and adhering to Twin Peaks Presentation Guidelines.

The Costume

The Twin Peaks Girl costume is a unique aspect of the role. Compliance with Twin Peaks Presentation Guidelines is mandatory while working. Optional costume parties may be promoted, with specific guidelines provided for participation. If not participating, the standard costume must be worn.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all Presentation Guidelines.
• Interact with and entertain guests.
• Promote events and specials to enhance business profitability and goodwill.
• Provide best-in-class service and hospitality, including greeting guests, taking and delivering orders, suggestive selling, checking back for re-orders, pre-bussing tables, and settling checks accurately.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• No prior experience or training required.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, including reading and understanding the menu, writing and ringing in tickets, and operating a computerized register system.
• Strong suggestive selling skills for menu items.
• Ability to apply common sense and follow simple one- or two-step instructions.
• Ability to handle standardized situations with minimal variables.
• Basic math skills to compute proper change and settle checks accurately.
• Must attend orientation and agree to Twin Peaks policies and procedures.
• Must complete the Twin Peaks Girl training program prior to working unsupervised.
• Must complete and maintain any required local or state certifications, such as food and/or alcohol service certifications.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle or carry objects, and talk or hear.
• Frequently required to reach with hands and arms.
• Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
