The role is centered on female sex appeal, sports knowledge, food and beverage expertise, a fun and energetic personality, and adherence to Twin Peaks Image & Costume Guidelines.

Costume

The Twin Peaks Girl is essential to the Twin Peaks concept and must comply with the Twin Peaks Image & Costume Guidelines at all times while working. On occasion, Twin Peaks promotes costume parties, and participation requires adherence to specific costume guidelines for those events.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all Image & Costume Guidelines
• Interact with and entertain guests
• Promote events and specials to enhance good will and profitability
• Provide best-in-class service and hospitality, including greeting guests, taking and delivering food and drink orders, suggestive selling, checking back for re-orders, pre-bussing, and settling checks accurately
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• No prior experience or training required
• Ability to effectively communicate in English
• Must be able to read and understand the menu, write and ring in tickets, and operate a computerized register system
• Must be able to suggestively sell menu items and entertain guests
• Ability to apply common sense and follow simple one- or two-step instructions
• Ability to handle standardized situations with minimal variables
• Basic math skills to compute proper change and settle checks accurately
• Must attend orientation and agree to Twin Peaks policies and procedures
• Must complete the Twin Peaks Girl training program prior to working a shift without supervision
• Must complete any additional required training, such as food and/or alcohol service certifications, as mandated by local and state regulations

Physical demands

• Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to handle objects or controls, and talk or hear
• Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus

Work environment

• Regular exposure to kitchen fumes or airborne particles
• Occasional exposure to wet and/or humid conditions (e.g., dish area or walk-in cooler)
• Possible exposure to toxic or caustic chemicals when cleaning
• Loud noise levels are typical
• Some locations have smoking sections, which may expose employees to cigarette or cigar smoke
