TWIC Security Guard- Unarmed

About the role

Allied Universal® is hiring unarmed flex guards for their TWIC site in Cameron, Louisiana. The position requires active TWIC card possession and flexible availability to work various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.

Requirements

• Must have an active TWIC card in hand.
• Experience working in direct elements (position is 100% outdoors).
• At least 5 years of experience in Security or TWIC environment or 1 year of armed security, military, or law enforcement experience.
• Experience in security surveillance is mandatory.

Pay

$25.00 / hour / pays weekly

Schedule

Flex role (must have open availability - work any shift AM or PM)

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

Skills

• Ability to pass background and drug screen.
• Reliable transportation (site is 100% outdoors).
• Able to work 12-hour shifts.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods of time.
• Able to work outdoors.
