Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• Solid knowledge of the city
• A registered, insured, and inspected car, SUV, or van under 10 years old
• A valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Tech-savvy, comfortable with smartphones and apps
• TWIC certification is mandatory
