Tux Coordinator/Store Concierge

Help make the big day look even better. Bridal Gallery is a full-service formalwear retailer specializing in wedding attire and special event apparel. We offer tuxedos, suits, bridal gowns, and accessories, with a focus on personalized service and attention to detail. Our team works together to create a welcome, stress-free experience for clients during some of life's biggest moments. We're looking for a Tuxedo Coordinator/Store Concierge to join our team in Sioux Falls! This full-time, on-site position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being part of a positive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers with tuxedo rentals, fittings, and selections
• Coordinate tuxedos for wedding parties and special events
• Communicate with customers throughout the process
• Keep appointments, orders, and details organized
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service
• Assist with day-to-day store operations
• Help create a welcoming experience for every customer who walks through our doors

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing, and approachable
• Organized and detail-oriented
• A strong communicator
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and ready to jump in wherever needed
• A team player with a positive attitude

Qualifications

Previous retail, customer service, or tuxedo experience is a plus, but not required!

Pay

• Hourly pay + tips/bonuses
• Extra Saturday pay

Schedule

• Full-time hours
• Saturday availability until 4:00 PM is required
