Position Information
Looking for engineering tutors who supports students in developing a strong understanding of engineering concepts, problem-solving techniques, and analytical skills across various engineering disciplines. This role involves providing one-on-one and group tutoring sessions, assisting students with coursework, and promoting effective study strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Completed the following Engineering courses with a B+ or better, or better: ENGR 1000 (Intro to Engineering)
ENGR 2010 (Statics)
ENGR 2030 (Dynamics)
ENGR 2300 (Thermodynamics)
Preferred Qualifications
- Maintain a GPA of at least 3.0 in engineering subjects
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, reliable, and a passion for tutoring
