Tutor

Job Summary

Applerouth is seeking in-home, one-on-one test prep tutors for the Austin metro area. Tutors will receive comprehensive paid training and must have a strong academic background in tutoring subjects, including a passing score on an SAT/ACT content quiz. The role is flexible and part-time, offering autonomy, consistent support, and ongoing training.

Requirements

• Strong academic background and content mastery in tutoring subjects
• Passing score on Applerouth's short pre-interview SAT/ACT content quiz
• Reliable internet connection and transportation for in-person sessions
• Availability to tutor during after-school hours and weekends
• At least one year of college completed
• Passion for helping students succeed and confidence in mentoring others
• Willingness to complete Applerouth's paid training program and participate in mock testing
