Turret Operator - 3:30pm - 12am

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 3:30 PM – 12 AM.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pull, and move whole pallets of products while operating a Turret machine, following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.
• Place materials to be staged and put away in a warehouse environment.
• Write the order number, name of the receiver, and quantity of case on every order, box, pallet, packages, and bins pulled.
• Report bad tickets immediately to the appropriate leader.
• Pull all orders in a timely manner; once pulled, assist in running freight and locating product.
• Report broken pallets to supervisor.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet.
• Monitor battery charge, maintain and clean batteries, and leave material handling equipment at the proper charging station.
• Work with other machinery and material handling equipment.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of forklift experience required; Turret Truck / Swing Reach experience is a plus.
• Ability to understand instructions in the country’s official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20°F / -25°C in cold storage sites or up to 100°F / 37°C in dry storage sites while wearing company-provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs; weight may vary depending on the facility.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, which can be loud at times.
