Responsibilities

• Perform routine building maintenance tasks
• Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs in maintenance trade fields in a timely and efficient manner as assigned by daily work orders
• Notify supervisor of equipment and facilities requiring repair or replacement
• Use preventive maintenance to maintain equipment and tools as assigned
• Cleanup work area upon completing a work order
• Perform daily/weekly inspections
• Perform other reasonable duties, functions, and special projects as assigned by supervisor/manager

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service/hospitality skills required
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• 1 year of prior maintenance experience, required
• Must have working knowledge in at least two of the maintenance fields
• Ability to use electronic work pad

Physical Requirements

• Be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds
• Be able to stand/walk for entire shift
• Be able to climb ladders and stairs
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel
• Ability to work in outside, inclement weather conditions
