About the role
Responsible for managing employee turnover processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and improve retention strategies
- Develop and implement policies to reduce turnover rates
- Collaborate with HR and management teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in HR or related field
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
