About the Role

Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach is looking for a Turndown Attendant to join the Housekeeping Team at this luxurious oceanfront retreat. The hotel features 290 rooms, an expansive pool terrace with private cabanas, a 6th-floor fitness center, a tranquil boutique Spa, over 10,000 square feet of meeting space, and 5 food and beverage outlets, including a restaurant, poolside grill, cocktail lounge, marketplace, and in-room dining.

As a Turndown Attendant, you’ll brighten guests' stays by delivering memorable evening housekeeping services.

Responsibilities

• Provide turndown service: Perform turndown duties, including adjusting bed covers, fulfilling guest preferences (e.g., filling ice buckets), and replenishing amenities, linens, and supplies
• Keep guest rooms spotless: Clean and tidy assigned rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and emptying trash
• Delight our guests: Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously
• Support housekeeping operations: Assist with other housekeeping tasks as needed
