Turndown Attendant
About the Role
As a Turndown Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms to HVMG’s high standards of cleanliness and comfort. This role reports to the Executive Housekeeper. You will prepare all occupied rooms with turn-down services during the evening and run housekeeping supplies as needed throughout the night.
Responsibilities
- Make beds, replenish amenities, and ensure a welcoming environment for each guest.
- Perform turn-down services in occupied rooms during the evening shift.
- Maintain cleanliness in guest rooms through tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and general tidying.
- Assist with housekeeping supply runs as needed throughout the shift.
- Communicate effectively with guests regarding job-related needs.
Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Sufficient education and/or literacy to read product labels and communicate with guests.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A warm, professional demeanor that reflects HVMG’s Culture of Excellence.
Hotel experience is a plus but not required.
Schedule
2 PM to 10 PM/11 PM, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
