About the role

The turndown attendant services guest rooms and guest housekeeping requests and is responsible for their overall comfort level.

Responsibilities

• Service a set number of occupied rooms during a shift
• Remove used towels and replace them with clean ones from the Linen Closet
• Wipe down any wet surfaces in the bathroom
• Fold any clothing left in room and place it in an appropriate spot
• Remove Room Service trays, dishes, and carts to service landings
• Close drapes, reduce lighting, turn music on softly, and prepare bed
• Restock used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery, and pens
• Prepare unoccupied rooms for turndown for arriving guests
• Perform full Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and late check-out rooms when needed

Requirements

• One to two years’ experience working in Housekeeping or Laundry preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Work authorization in the United States
• Basic writing, reading, and speaking skills in English

Schedule

25 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Work in a fast-paced environment with continuous movement on guestroom floors, pushing supply carts, and completing room preparations efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Collaborate with housekeeping, front office, and hotel operations team to ensure every guest room is flawless and ready to exceed guest expectations
